Llandilo is a small semi-rural town located between two creeks. It is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia 54 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Penrith. It is part of the Greater Western Sydney region. Llandilo is surrounded by Berkshire Park, Shanes Park, Ropes Crossing, Londonderry, Cranebrook, St Marys, Cambridge Gardens, Werrington Downs and Werrington County suburbs.
Llandilo was named after a town called Llandeilo in Welsh of England. Llandilo was the home of the Mulgoa people prior to the European Settlement in Australia. They hunted kangaroos and emus for living and stayed in the bark huts.

The Northern Road connects Llandilo with other towns, suburbs and cities within Sydney. The Northern Road meets Great Western Highway at Parker Street connecting Llandilo to the Penrith City and the Sydney CBD. The Northern Road meets Richmond Road at Windsor connecting Llandilo with Bligh Park, Windsor Down, Berkshire Park, Marsden Park and Colebee. The Richmond Road meets West Link M7 connecting Llandilo with Sydney. Different bus services are also available in Llandilo.
